Mishal Return & Exchange Policy

Mishal takes pride in its handcrafted party wear. Due to the delicate nature of our items, slight variations may occur (5-10%) in design, color, or embellishments. We recommend dry cleaning for all garments.

Exchange Policy:

Exchanges (excluding sale/custom items) are accepted within 24 hours of delivery for unused, original condition items with tags. No cash refunds; store credit provided.

Exchange Procedure:

Contact mishal@nooreluxury.uk within 24 hours of delivery with order details and reason for exchange.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Custom Orders:

Custom orders are non-returnable/exchangeable unless damaged/defective and can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

Sale Items:

Sale items are final sale.

Damaged/Defective Items:

Report damaged/defective items to mishal@nooreluxury.uk within 24 hours of delivery with order number, description, and photos. Do not return without authorization. Approved returns will be processed to the original payment method.
