2. Stitched dress will be full 4 pieces (Lining Included and Laces near similar to picture).
3. This outfit's color may vary slightly due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor setting.
4. Full payment has to be made for stitched orders. Extra laces and tassels used in our outfits are only for shoot purposes and will not be included in unstitched outfit.
Delivery Note:
All orders will take a minimum of 10-12 weeks*.
We are only accepting orders paid with debit/credit card. Your order will be processed only after we receive the complete payment.
How it works:
Our in-house design consultant will get in touch with you to assist on sizing and customization. They will personally send over your design calico and color swatches to ensure an ensemble that perfectly meets all your requirements. We tailor each outfit to your size and preference. For all international orders, our consultants will be available to meet with you via Zoom to get your measurements and tailor the outfit according to your size. We hope to customize your outfit to perfection to deliver the best couture ensemble to you.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Items can be returned or exchanged within 24 hours of delivery.

How long does it take to process an order?
We typically ship orders within 5-7 business days & overall in 15 to 20 business days customers get their order. For HANDMADE outfits delivery time is 25 to 30 business days Overall. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.

What is your return policy?
Mishal Return & Exchange Policy
Mishal takes pride in its handcrafted party wear. Due to the delicate nature of our items, slight variations may occur (5-10%) in design, color, or embellishments. We recommend dry cleaning for all garments.

Handmade variations are possible.

Exchange Policy:
Exchanges (excluding sale/custom items) are accepted within 24 hours of delivery for unused, original condition items with tags. No cash refunds; store credit provided.
Exchange Procedure:
Contact mishal@nooreluxury.uk within 24 hours of delivery with order details and reason for exchange.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item.
Custom Orders:
Custom orders are non-returnable/exchangeable unless damaged/defective and can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
Sale Items:
Sale items are final sale.
Damaged/Defective Items:
Report damaged/defective items to mishal@nooreluxury.uk within 24 hours of delivery with order number, description, and photos. Do not return without authorization. Approved returns will be processed to the original payment method.

We offer standard sizes (S, M, L, XL). However, we highly recommend custom sizing to ensure the perfect fit. Please contact us to discuss your specific measurements.
